About Four Little Trees Holiday Lets
Four Little Trees is a 40 acre smallholding which slopes down from a ridge, less than 2 miles away and overlooking Haverfordwest, the attractive and ancient county town of Pembrokeshire. Presiding over the Preseli mountains, this unique property offers a glance through the woodland to the saltings along the edge of the Western Cleddau. Our guests can enjoy an easy stroll along the river and into town, or venture further out to Little Milford and Hook.
Uniquely Situated for Nature Lovers
Nestled neatly on the property are 3 plantations of trees and a freshwater pond. This holiday holding offers a boutique countryside experience. A stream trickles down into the woods nearby. A hot tub overlooks the ridge into the woodlands, and bonfires can be enjoyed by our guests in designated locations. Those who enjoy a good book will find a library to explore inside Secret Waters, making for the perfect evening to enjoy a novel and a sunset from the comfort of the porch behind.
Bursting with Wildlife
On a fine spring Day you may spot one of many Red Kites who have made this farm their home. Ducks and waders fill the local rivers. A disused limestone quarry forms our own private secret water, where local badgers can be spied out safely from the shores. On rare occasion, a resident Osprey can be spotted with the fresh catch of the day. The most fortunate of our guests have stolen a glance at the native seals and otters. If you are by the river at the right time you can catch Bass and spot kingfishers.

Secret Waters
ABOUT THIS SPACE
Secret Water is set in its own gardens down a private road. There are 40 acres of meadow, woodland, salt marsh and river bank to explore here and all of beautiful Pembrokeshire to see if you can tear yourself away! Secret Water is good for big parties and families with small children but also a great place to come for peace and quiet too. Loads of books, crackling fire and great walks and all of Pembrokeshire to explore. Monday & Fridays are changeover days, we look foward to welcoming you!
FEATURES
Secret Water features a hot tub, wood burning stove, back porch, and plenty of space to spread out. There are many miles of walking trails around the area. The house has central heating and a large kitchen diner with double oven and hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The equally large sitting room has a TV, player CD player and a selection of music, books and a wood burning stove. There is a downstairs twin bedroom and downstairs bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with king sized beds and a smaller twin bedroom. Two cots are available for use and a stair gate is fixed at the top of the stairs. The upstairs bathroom has a bath, WC and basin. There is a wood burning fire pit in the garden and great walks start just through the garden gate. The family games room is available for you to share with care (table football and pool table) closed due to covid at present. Guest access Fun activities include den making, camp fires. Homemade jams, and home produced eggs, vegetables are available in season. Other things to note We have been busy over lockdown updating our outside space and adding a wood burning hot tub to our listing, photo’s will be added soon... their will be a charge for the logs for the hot tub, we will be selling them at cost .... we look forward to hosting you.

The Hut
ABOUT THIS SPACE
The Hut is set on the yard near the main house, overlooking a garden, pond and quiet woodland. With its own private wood burning hot tub. There are 40 acres of meadows, woodland, salt marsh and river bank to explore here right on your doorstep... and of course beautiful Pembrokeshire, if you can tear yourself away. Great for a romantic break, a quiet space to read, write and nature watch with a little woodburning stove keeping you warm all year round.
FEATURES
The Hut is a unique space designed to be a place of peace and quiet where you can get away from the hussle and bussle of modern life and as such there is no TV.... you won't miss it I promise!. There is a good sized bathroom within the actual hut, with heated towel rail, shower, basin and WC. The Kitchen dining area has a small fridge with an ice box, a three burner gas hob & oven, electric toaster, stove top whistling kettle, pots pans cutlery plates and everything you need for your stay. The little wood burning stove and fireside chair is a perfect place to warm and relax with a built in sofa, dinning table, two stools leading to a sliding patio door which is surrounded by your own private deck, with your own wood burning hot tub on it. The cosy bedroom has a full sized double bed, wardrobe and shelves and portable bose sound bar.... because we all need music.

The Sheep Shed
ABOUT THIS SPACE
The Sheep Shed Campsite is a private campsite on a smallholding in Pembrokeshire designed for just one group to book for a private camping experience.
You will need to bring your own Tents, bedding and towels...and a torch. I would describe the site as wild camping but with glamping quality facilities.
FEATURES
The Sheep Shed is in a field on our small holding, we also have a Shepherds hut "The Hut" and a Holiday Home "Secret water" as well as it being our home and that of my parents. The Sheep Shed has a Kitchen Area "The Trough" which has a full sized Gas Oven and Grill, 2 Belfast sinks, a small fridge with ice box and plenty of work surface space. There are also 2 comfy arm chairs and Tables and chairs to sit 12 people. Plates, bowls, glasses, cups, cutlery, Pots and Pans are all provided. Outside the kitchen there is an enclosed gravel yard with an wood fired pizza oven, outside sofa, picnic table, and other places to sit. The Sheep Shed also features 2 bathrooms with large showers toilets and hand basins, plus 2 more Belfast sinks. The camping field is not levelled but grass is cut short in the best places to pitch your tents. There is also a log circle with a Fire pit in the corner of this field. When you book the Sheep Shed all these facilities are for your sole use. Please note car parking for a max of 3 cars will be in the yard, we can help get your gear to the site if you would rather not drive in the field. We live in a beautiful place and would hope that those who stay here appreciate and respect the beauty by leaving things as they have been found, recycling and disposing of waste appropriately and respecting the other guests privacy.
